The Simply Performance XJ6 Fast Road H&R suspension kit was developed off the back of our successful XJS/ XJ range. Utilizing a good brand to create a kit which complements the quality of a Jaguar well. The springs were developed through extensive dyno testing of the XJ6 spring range. We tested and measured comfort, sports, XJR and XJ12 springs and analysed the data. The shocks are fixed height Bilstein B6 sport shocks which are a sport shock.
H&R is the spring partner for Simply Performance. Traditionally we always supplied Eibach springs, due to price and quality we made a decision to swap to H&R. You get the same great quality at prices we can match from 2018!
This listing is for a set of front and rear shocks and springs. This is our height adjustable rear shock which is the best shock to have with this combination of springs. Please see our other listing if you wish to buy just the springs or wish to purchase with a adjustable GAZ shock.
Although there are ranges of aftermarket springs available, the Simply Performance Fast Road Suspension Kit gives you a quality product with each spring dyno tested by Eibach. Our aim was to create a fast road suspension kit and lowering the car one inch normally we like to supply these with an adjustable shock to fine tune the height. With these B6 shocks it will be stiffer then standard. We tried to mimic the XJR/ Jaguar sport spring rates with a slight twist. These springs are slightly stiffer and lower a standard Xj6 around 1". With these fixed height shocks but with additional packers front MNA2162AB/ MNA2162BA and rear MNA3562BA you are able to lift the car to factory height.
With the Simply Performance Fast Road Suspension Kit, you are able to pack the suspension height up or down slightly further to get the desired height of your choice. These can be fitted on a standard height car with the correct packers and are available to be purchased separately too. Both H&R and Bilstein are TUV approved companies but this product is not TUV certified. We can get letters saying these are manufactured to original specifications and they are a TUV approved company. The product does not have specific TUV approval.
If you would like the stiffer ride these offer but you do not want to lower the car, please contact the team as we can offer packer kits to retain the original height of the car. These are only compatible with XJ40's upto VIN 696460
