This is a listing for an aftermarket knock sensor, This is for the later V8s AJ27 found in the XK8 and X308. When installed correctly, it helps the engine management system detect knock and adjust accordingly for smooth, safe operation.
This only fits AJ27 engines, this sensor is the sensor with the hole in the centre unlike the AJ26 sensors.
